Terms of Service

We provide custom event décor such as balloon garlands and arches, backdrops, table setups, rental pieces, personalized items and invitations, based in Texas and serving the surrounding area.

Prices from the online quote builder are estimates in U.S. dollars based on your selections. They are subject to availability, final design, logistics (such as distance, access and timing) and final written approval by Bambino.

Portfolio photos and inspiration images you share are a reference for style. Designs are handmade, so we do not promise an exact replica; colors, sizes and layouts may vary.

Submitting a quote request, or sending a payment by itself, does not confirm your event. Your event is confirmed only after Bambino confirms availability, final design and price, and confirms receipt of the required payment.

Our standard deposit is 30% of the confirmed total, unless a signed or custom event agreement states different payment terms. The remaining balance and its due date are those stated in your written confirmation or agreement. Whether any deposit amount is refundable is handled as described in section 7.

Fees and extras (for example distance/delivery, extended time, outdoor setup, rush or late pickup) apply only as shown and confirmed in your quote. Items marked “quoted separately” are priced individually. Changes you request after confirmation may change the total, and we will confirm any change with you in writing.

Send cancellation, refund or rescheduling requests in writing (text, WhatsApp or email). Eligibility for a refund and any amount retained depend on your accepted event agreement, the work and materials already authorized or completed for your event, and applicable law. A new date depends on availability and is not transferred automatically. We will tell you the outcome in writing.

Please provide an accurate address, safe access, venue rules and enough time and space for setup and pickup. We coordinate timing, access and weather conditions with you; outdoor décor can be affected by heat, wind, rain and sun, and we may suggest adjustments for safety.

Rental pieces remain Bambino property and must be available for pickup in the same condition. Loss or damage beyond normal use may be charged based on documented repair or replacement costs.

Personalized items and digital or printed invitations use the names, dates and text you provide. Please review proofs carefully; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you approve. Revisions and timelines follow your order or event agreement.

Uninflated or broken balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8; adult supervision is required and broken pieces should be discarded right away. Latex balloons may cause allergic reactions. Keep balloons away from heat, sharp objects and power lines, and never inhale helium.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

We may update these website terms; the date above shows the latest version. Updates do not retroactively change an event agreement you already accepted.
