Quote follow-up

An online quote is a request, not a confirmed booking. Bambino confirms availability, final design and price, and your reservation after the required payment is received and Bambino confirms it. You can also start or update a quote online.

Date or design changes

Message us as early as possible with what you'd like to change. Changes depend on availability and may change the price; we'll confirm in writing.

Installation and pickup

Share your event address, access instructions and a reachable phone number for the event day.

Cancellation and refund requests

Send requests in writing (text, WhatsApp or email). They are reviewed under your event agreement and our Terms of Service.

Billing questions

Tell us your name, event date, payment method, payment date and amount.

Protect your information

Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or ID documents by text, email, WhatsApp or social media. See our Privacy Policy.
